Anyone who is of sound mind and intend to have self-development and self-improvement ambitions are eligible for applying, the selection process thus, will be on the committee appointed who can either accept or reject the application subject to terms and condition or rules and regulations of the organisation.

3. Account and Registration

• The users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials of the their accounts.
• However, the Platform is not, in any way, will be or would be liable for unauthorised access due to user negligence in securing login credentials.

4. Payment Terms and Conditions

• The Users can access the Mock Tests and Psychometric Test only after the payment is done which will be through secure payment mode.
• The charges would be varying depending on the tests.
• All payments are processed securely through authorized secured payment gateway.
• The payments made by the users will be non-refundable, except in cases of occurrence of technical errors which would have prevented the test access. In such exceptional, cases, the Platform will refund the amount after the review by the concerned team.
• The Platform will not be liable for failure in payment by the third part payment provider, or any other external payment provider since platform has no control over it.

5. Mock Tests access.

• The users will be able to get access to test immediately after the payment is successfully received.
• The users beware that the test is available for registered users only and it is non-transferable.
• The users will be able to access test only for the stipulated period once the payment is successfully made through secured payment gateway.

6. Mock Tests Terms.

• The tests provided here will be based on the CET syllabus for 2025.
• The Platform does not envisage to influence or predict any outcome in the CET examination. It is only meant to train and empower the candidates.

7. Duration

• The Mock Test will be conducted as per the time applicable to the respective CET examination.
• After completion of the Mock Test marks will be displayed along with the correct answers.

8. Psychometric Test Terms

9. Intellectual Property and User Responsibility

• The users will be held liable for legal action for misuse of Platform for illegal activity like hacking or sharing the contents of Platform or publishing the question-and-answer keys or unauthorized data access.
• The users will have to take the consent of the Platform before disclosing the test question and answer with third party, the violation of which would lead to legal consequences.
• Any disruptive, fraudulent or suspicious behaviour with reasonable doubt, would lead to suspension of the user account.
• The users beware, all the content on the Platform, including the test question and answer, results and designs is the Intellectual property of the MH-CET Cell, Maharashtra.
• The users beware from copying or reproducing of any contents without explicit written consent of the CET Cell, Maharashtra, violation of which could lead to legal action.

10. Privacy Policy

• The contents of the tests will not be shared with any third party without the written consent of the CET Cell.
• The user date will not be shared by the CET Cell without their prior consent.

11. Limitation of liability

• The Platform would not be liable for: Technical issues, including test interruptions due to network issue or internet breakdown or device problem or any financial, educational and career-related decision based on test result.

12. Dispute Resolution

• In case of any dispute the users would be free to approach the Platform's customer support team who are sufficiently equipped for resolving issues before the user exploring legal options.
• In case of disputes, the disputes will be governed by the local laws and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent court at Mumbai, Maharashtra.

13. Modification of Terms

• The Platform is well empowered to update, amend, modify, the terms and conditions at any given time and reserve all the rights thereto.
• The users will be notified of significant changes Terms and conditions which might be before or after the changes made as per the convenience of the Platform and users are encouraged to review the terms and conditions periodically, failing which the Platform will not be liable.
